I love your blog & recipes! Thank you so much for sharing. I am wondering if you have tried making any old pressed veggie bars! I love the new Kind “cold pressed” bars but can’t seem to figure out how to make them. My favorites is the Pineapple, Banana, Kale, and Spinach bar. Any other fun travel bar/ items would be great! I travel a lot and always try to pack something healthy!!! Best, Jody

Hi Jody–thank you so much for the kind words! To be honest, I haven’t even heard of these cold pressed bars! They sound really delicious–I think the closest thing I’ve made are these Larabar copycats: https://www.thepancakeprincess.com/2013/01/07/cherry-pie-larabars/
To make a bar that has pineapple/banana/kale/spinach, I imagine you could try subbing dried pineapple and banana for the dried cherries…and maybe adding dried spirulina or something for the greens? I’ll think on this and let you know if I come up with any brilliant ideas 🙂
