As usual, the blog post is ~10,000 too many words long but I was just so excited to be converted to the camp blueberry muffin lovers (tbh, I was never very hot on blueberry muffins previously). So THANK YOU to everyone who asked for this bake off!! I’m also thrilled that I’ve already seen so many blueberry muffins being made after very janky day after muffin tasting review on stories (which is saved in my highlights). In case you missed it, the scone bake off is live on the blog! (Tap the photo to see all the participants.) I’ve been seeing a lot of berries on sale and can’t help thinking that some of these scone-verging-on-biscuit specimens would be a perfect pairing for some shortcake desserts/brunches. If you’ve tried any of these recipes, I’d love to know what you think!
