Easy Matcha Milkshake!


  • 3/4 large frozen banana ~2/3 cup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional
  • handful of spinach optional


  • Add all ingredients to a glass that is wide enough to fit your immersion blender. Blend, then drink immediately.
